This container / unit load is based on the Type A from the 1920’s. Used to carry everything from tea, bicycles, gramophones, furniture etc. Some containers were customer owned and used for only one product and others were owned by the railway companies themselves. Therefore container are ideal for different liveries and logos, everything from bland dull single colours to mobile adverts.

The kit contains separate doors and ironwork, hold down and lifting points. Up to two containers can be accommodated on a standard Plateway Models plank wagon, 1 on a well wagon or 3 on a bogie plank wagon. (Not the Slender Wagons)
