Dispatch

Kits are generally kept in stock (typically 200+) and are normally posted within 24 hours during the week or 48 hours at the weekends, but sometimes can be a little longer. Dispatch will be confirmed via email with tracking details. Please use the ordering notes for things like: No logos as its a present; Don’t post until XXX, If out deliver to Number XX, etc., and I will do my best to comply depending upon the delivery option.

UK Delivery

Postage from £3.10. Kits can be sent out by:

  • Evri Next Day Parcel Proof of Delivery (1 day, £4.00)

  • Evri Standard Parcel Proof of Delivery (2 - 4 days, £3.10).

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Signed (1 day, £5.90)

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed (2 days, £5.00)

Kits will not fit through a standard letter box, the components being just a little bit too big for a Royal Mail Large letter or similar Evri Letter Box option.

Kits are supplied in strong cardboard postage boxes to ensure safe delivery. Small parts are supplied in labelled paper bags.

Postage is a flat fee per parcel irrespective of the number of kits dependent upon the delivery option selected.

Overseas Delivery

The average kit weighs around 600 - 750 g and postage will be at cost and the average parcel weighs around 1.5 kg. Any necessary customs declarations will be made, local taxes and handling fees may have to be paid on arrival. Note in Europe these can be large e.g. 20% tax plus local handling fee which can be as much as the postage, we recommend checking these before ordering.

Kits are sent out by:

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed*, Small Parcel, Airmail.

Typically it takes a parcel 2 days to leave the UK and then it arrives in the destination country on the third working day via airmail..

  • Europe - EU: £18, typically 10 days to a month or more door to door due to local customs controls, depends upon country.

  • Rest of the World from £27.50, 5 to 7 days door to door, e.g. Australia, New Zealand & Japan, etc.

*Note some countries have tracked or signed, in which case, parcels go signed for. e.g. Norway.
